As the summer draws to a close, the excitement at Santa’s Surprise Squad (SSS) is reaching new heights! We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 season is right around the corner, and we have some fantastic updates and additions to share with you. From a fresh new look to new team members and participation tiers, this season promises to be our best yet!
Fresh New Look
We’re kicking things off with a bang by unveiling our brand-new logo and branding. This fresh look perfectly captures the joyful spirit of SSS and will bring a renewed energy to our flash mobs.
Welcome, Emma Klein!
We are thrilled to introduce Emma Klein as our newest choreographer! Emma’s been dancing for 10 years, both personally and competitively, and she was a performer with us last year. Her experience and passion are sure to bring a new level of creativity to our routines. Welcome aboard, Emma!
Participation Tiers
This year, we’re introducing participation tiers to enhance our rehearsals and performances. Here’s the lowdown:
Group A: Learns the entire routine and dances from start to finish.
Group B: Joins halfway through and dances to the end.
Group C: Hops in closer to the end.
These tiers will ensure everyone can give their best and make our flash mobs even more spectacular.
Expanded Age Range
Big news: our program is now open to individuals over 18! That’s right—participants aged 10 and up are welcome to join the fun. We can’t wait to see the incredible talent our older performers will bring.

August 1 - Mid-September (or until we reach maximum performers): Performer Registration
Mid-September: Orientation
Mid-September - Late November: Rehearsals
Late November - Late December: Performances
We’re pulling out all the stops to make this season’s flash mobs the best yet. From our new look to the participation tiers and expanded age range, we’re all set to bring more magic than ever before. We’re making sure every detail is spot on, and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
